Luke 42085 Posted June 27, 2017 Posted June 27, 2017 @@Nomad this log does not contain any errors related to open subtitles. Are you sure this is the log from the time of those download attempts?
Nomad 0 Posted June 27, 2017 Author Posted June 27, 2017 here is a link to all the logs in the emby folder https://www.dropbox.com/sh/hrz33cul5628q2x/AAD3IrMndkRq6nZCtcC1N_iea?dl=0 hope this help you
Luke 42085 Posted June 28, 2017 Posted June 28, 2017 Ok @@Nomad, that's a lot of log files. Which one is from the time frame that you last ran the subtitle download scheduled task? If you are not sure, then just run it again manually, and when it finishes, please attach the latest emby server log. thanks !

naeonline 27 Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 This may be related to either (1) opensubtitles download limit per day per account or (2) the 'exact match' setting for the subtitles not finding an exact match.
Luke 42085 Posted July 5, 2017 Posted July 5, 2017 @@Nomad let us know if this helps. the perfect match setting could certainly cause subtitles to not be downloaded.
