Auto organise moving to an old folder after moving media library

Hi Emby Devs. I'm a lifetime donater (myself and my workplace) Thank you for the wonderful app.

 

I have a bug to report. I'll give you an timeline of events.

- Media Libraries were sitting in a folder. Auto organise was working perfectly.
- I wanted to move the media libraries to a more suited location, and did. I also used the media libraries section and changed all the paths to the new location.
- I had an episode of "Dark Matter" come up. Very first of the 3rd season. It moved perfectly.

- I had an episode of Fargo come up (mid season so season folder already there) and it didn't go into the new media library. Instead it created all the folders to the old location back.

- I can replicate this over and over again by copying the Fargo episode into the watch folder and it going back to the old location when I click organise.

Is this a bug?

Also, smart match doesn't seem to be working anymore? Or have I missed something?

Please let me know which files and what else I need to give you and I will send them through.

Yes I did, it took quite a while but manage to complete.

@@TheMafia, have you tried running the clean database scheduled task? It should be running on it's own automatically, unless you disabled it for some reason.

 

It sounds like you have some old entries hanging around in your database. The clean database scheduled task is designed to clean them up. thanks.

Still having this issue after database maintenance etc. All shows that go in the watch folder seem to be okay except "Fargo". For some reason it wants to keep moving it to the old media store path. I am not sure why. Any episode. I have tried removing Fargo altogether and creating it but it does the same thing.

@@TheMafia thanks for the report. This is a known issue right now with auto-organize. The old database entries are not being cleaned up and auto-organize ends up using them. We need to improve the database cleanup for an upcoming release and then that will resolve this. Thanks.
