How do you delete and where did my recording go?

I decided to try out Emby.  I setup it up in a docker container and set up live tv with my 2 HDHR primes.   I setup my SD guide data and let it finish.  then I picked a show that was currently airing and hit record.  It dutifully recorded it.  Then I tried to play it using the web and Windows 10 Emby Theater.  It played.  Then I wanted to delete it.   There was no delete in Emby Theater.  There was the "Mark as watched" option which I checked.  Then after about 10 min I came back to it and that recording was no longer visible under Recordings either on the web or in Theater.  The .ts file is still on the file system.

 

I now tried again and recorded something and the recordings area on the web or emby theater is empty.   Not sure what is going on.

Additionally, check your Emby user in the Emby server dashboard under Users, and make sure that user is granted access to deleting media. Thanks !
