Xbox Emby Theater - bug? feature request?

On the Xbox Emby Theater App, select a movie, click Play.  Once you're far enough into the movie, exit movie.  Now there's a Resume button, but the "cursor" defaults to Play.  Shouldn't this default to Resume?

Yes it should default to resume.
