Unable to pause live TV

hello all:

 

I'm unable to pause live TV for more than a few minutes (3 minutes or so).  After that the stream dies and releases the tuner.  Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?

You should upload your transcode and server logs. You can find out how to do that here:

It appears you are already able to pause live tv. I believe in order to even have that capability you need to uncheck the option to direct stream live tv on your client device.

I tried to reproduce this before uploading the logs and was unable to reproduce on my PC/web client.  It was happening earlier on the roku so perhaps it's a roku specific issue.  I'll investigate further and report back.
