Movie audio sync issues

After a while (20 minutes or so), at times the audio will go out of sync with the video.  I am running Emby Theater on the Xbox One S.  I'm attaching the server log where an error is at the very end that seems to be the sync problem.  This is happening quite frequently.  For now, the work around is to exit the movie and resume it, and the audio syncs back up.  Very annoying, though.

Please help.  Let me know if there is any other info you need.

Carl

EDIT:  This is running on the Linux Server, btw.

After looking at the log, I see that error shows up many times.  What I don't get is at the very beginning of the error is this:

2017-06-08 23:59:57.2480 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager POST: http://10.0.0.1:5000
2017-06-08 23:59:57.2534 Error HttpClient: Error getting response from http://10.0.0.1:5000

That's my router.  What is it trying to do with my router?

Ok, I decided to see if it was my router causing issues.  I had my router hooked up to my UVERSE gateway in DMZ mode.  I pulled the router and just used the gateway.  I no longer see the error messages, but I'm still having the issues with the audio going out of sync.  Here's another server log I pulled right after the last movie went out of sync.

Please help

I'm running a test right now to look for this. I've set my PC set to the 23Hz (movie) setting and am letting a movie play to see if audio drifts out.

Thanks for the feedback.

Playing directly on my media PC, there wasn't audio sync drift, checking at 45 min and at 85 min into the movie.

I'm running Emby Theater 2.7.9

Luke,

I PMed you with my e-mail address, and I explained that I switched back to Windows.  I'm not sure if this fix is for any version of the server, or if it was specific to the Linux server, but I'd still like to be in the beta.  Thank you.

I got an update, I assume was the beta?  Where do I see the version number so I can tell for sure?  I can't seem to find it.

Anyway, now the movie freezes about 7-8 minutes into a movie.  It's done this both times I've tried to play a movie.

Thanks.

Was I supposed to get some sort of actual invite via e-mail or something?  If so, I didn't get one.  I don't know if the update I got yesterday was a standard release update or a beta update.  Thanks for the help.

Ok, thanks.  I did end up going back to Linux Server (long story), and I just about have everything set back up.  I'm going to try to watch a movie again, and I will report back when done what issues I had, if any.  Thanks again

Luke,

Ok, so far the movie has frozen at 8 minutes and then again at 21 minutes into it.  If I back out and hit resume, it's continues playing.  Let me know if there is any other info you need.
