I am newly using IPTV with live tv.  My service provides an xmltv link.  I get all the title, but there is no description.  When I put the link in my browser I do see that info in the xml.  Is there some issue here or am I missing something?  Also, are there plans to do channel groups or filtering or something?

Have you mapped the channels to your guide? You can do this by clicking in the 3-dot button next to your TVXML guide provider.

They are mapped.  It did it automatically.  In the guide, it shows the program title, but there is no description, episode name or number   This information is in the xmltv feed.

Looks like it will be the next server release which means it will automatically be available to all clients at that time.

 

Emby updates are pretty frequent, so it shouldn't take long.
