roberthleeii 61 Posted February 17, 2014 Posted February 17, 2014 the playback controls don't seem to work when I use the WP app. When I press any button other than play or pause it restarts the video and if the app tombstones it kills the video and I have to back out to the menu to restart the video from the start.
ScottIsAFool 517 Posted February 18, 2014 Posted February 18, 2014 Skipping in the video isn't currently supported, however it should remember your position if you exit the app while video is playing. Which version do you have?
roberthleeii 61 Posted February 18, 2014 Author Posted February 18, 2014 I am using the windows phone 8 version. on a nokia lumia 920. the app is version 8.0.0.51 there is no resume info at all and if I leave the app the video playback dies and I have to go back out of it to restart Skipping ahead or fast forward would be very helpful. My kids always press a button or hit the search key and if that happens I have to restart the videos.

roberthleeii 61 Posted March 8, 2014 Author Posted March 8, 2014 I get a resume option from the app bar if I was watching somewhere else. It does not remember my place when I watch with the phone. Only when I pause it. Any time I leave the screen or touch a button that is not pause I have to start the video all over.
