Unable to restore Emby Server to Ubuntu Using Plugin

I have had to rebuild my Emby server on a new virtual machine. Using the plugin "Server Configuration Backup" I am trying to restore a backup from my old server to the new one, same IP, Hostname, etc...

 

The backup says it starts but nothing happens,
