bug in the softwere

i found a bug in the software/server, i have Premiere aswell

anyone that can help me ?? 


if i go to create a new user it says its not possible so if i name the user " 1 " then rename it when the profile is made it then works, its kinda annoying lol. 

can anyone help

Can you explain your issue in more detail?  Are you trying to say you can not create a user with the name that you want?

exactly if i go to make a new user and give it a name of bob for example it says "error processing your request, please try again later" if i give it a number 1 it will let me make the user. i then have to rename the user at the next stage to what it needs to be

I am not seeing a issue creating Users.  I just created user bob without any issues.

 

What server version?  What Browser?

I bumped in to something similar yesterday. And at first I too thought that there was a problem with the server. (3.2.19.0)

 

I tried to create a user like "User Name" getting the same or a similar message. I then looked at the permissible characters and realised that space is not one of the accepted characters in a username. Creating "UserName" did work.

 

However! I do have users like "User Name". It is possible to rename a user once it has been created. But I'm worried that there probably is a reason for not allowing certain characters and that something might break if one do.
