Changing Channel Lineup

I have an HDHomeRun and an m3u stream account with hundreds of channels.  I want to have Emby disregard many of the channels on both that I don't use.  Aside from assigning Favorite channels, is there a way to simply tell Emby to only show/use certain channels?
