Play to not recognize the TV "Sansung TV UN32D5500" and LG Smart TV 47LA7400-SC_04

Hello friends,

 

I need help because my client is not able to play movies from my cell phone or notebook to the TV "Sansung TV UN32D5500" and LG Smart TV 47LA7400-SC_04 through dlna, when I click "Play to" the TV does not appear.

 

The Emby Server is in my house and the tv on the client in his house in another network and he is using google Chrome web browser.

 

Can you help me?

Preciso de ajuda, pois meu cliente não esta conseguindo jogar a reprodução de filmes do celular ou notebook para as tv  "Sansung TV UN32D5500" e LG Smart TV 47LA7400-SC_04 através do dlna, quando clico em "Play to" não aparece a TV.

 

O Emby Servidor fica em minha casa e a tv no cliente na casa dele em outra rede e ele esta usando o navegador web google Chrome.

Currently the TV's need to be on the same network as the Emby Server. We plan to support remote networks in a future release. Thanks !

Would Luke dlna forecast for remote networks?

 

Is there any program I install on the pc to emulate this so the emby understand like it's the same network?

Tem algum programa que eu instale no pc para emular isso para o emby entender como se posse a mesma rede?
