orbitnz 4 Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 Hi there, When I click on a tv show in the live TV guide I get a message saying Emby premier is required to set recordings. However, Emby premier is setup on the server. Is this a known bug? In addition, when using the iOS app I can click the start recording button, but I just get a spinner icon, and then nothing happens. ebr 16169 Posted May 31, 2017 Posted May 31, 2017 Hi. Where are you running the web app? Does that machine have an internet connection? Is it on something like a work network that may be blocking some sites?
orbitnz 4 Posted May 31, 2017 Author Posted May 31, 2017 I am running the web app on my MacBook Pro (also tried in my ipad). I have tried in my home wifi, and when connected to cellular data. All other features work (e.g. Streaming movies, live tv), with the exception of being able to record live tv. Thanks.
