Sync issues with recorded tv

I'm noticing sync issues with transcoded recorded TV files. Is there a flag for ffmpeg that can be used to adjust sync?

Hi, audio is or of sync with picture when playing back recorded TV via current roku app. It looks like a handful of frames out of sync, maybe 4-5.

 

Live tv sync looks better, so I think it's only transcoded files that are an issue.

 

My current settings are

Crf 18 (same issue with other crf settings)

Ffmpeg 3.3.1 (same issue with 3.2.4)

Hw accel off

Recordings are transcoded into mkv
