How to disable all external connectivity/metadata?

How do I set emby to not retrieve metadata or have any outboard connectivity at all?  

 

I have my library organized by file name and that's the way I like it.  I don't want it to send my info or try to tag it.  I'm only interested in a local setup.

Disable "Download artwork and metadata from the internet" per Library

 

I would also uncheck "Metadata savers" and "Metadata downloaders" per content type.  Dashboard-Library-Metedata-select each content type.

Is it correct that "Download artwork and metadata from the Internet per Library" is no longer available? I can't locate this option.

But I do see "metadata saver" and "metadata downloaders" available that can be unchecked, which I am not sure will do the trick.

I already have TinyMediaManager so I don't need Emby to download/overwrite more metadata.

No, it is incorect. Each library has its own metadata/artwork fetchers for you to enable/disable and sort order. 

Since you use TMM, just disable all fetchers. Also disable NFO saver for TMM-created ones to not get overwritten.

That's correct. These newer options offer more control than the older one that you're referring to.
