jluce50 122 Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 I'm on 3.2.17.0. For the last few versions I've noticed a number of new movies aren't being added to the library. This roughly corresponds with switching from CouchPotato to Radarr, though I can't see how that would matter. The video files in question are valid files (I can watch them just fine in MPC-HC). Is this a known issue? Anything I should check on my end?
ebr 16195 Posted May 23, 2017 Posted May 23, 2017 We'd need more info to know more (like a log when you add one of these) but check to be sure they aren't just being mis-identified and you're not seeing them due to that.
jluce50 122 Posted May 23, 2017 Author Posted May 23, 2017 Okay, I removed the movie folder and copied it back in. The folder is titled "Spring (2014)" and the movie file is titled "Spring (2014).mkv". I've attached the log file, but here are what seem to be the relevant lines: 2017-05-23 16:09:07.6098 Info LibraryMonitor: Spring (D:\Movies\Spring (2014)\Spring (2014).mkv) will be refreshed. ... 2017-05-23 16:49:11.9905 Info App: Deleting item, Type: Movie, Name: Spring, Path: D:\Movies\Spring (2014)\Spring (2014).mkv, Id: de420149-e9ea-6a75-d27d-b63b272a62d2 ... 2017-05-23 16:50:41.8132 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager GET: https://www.omdbapi.com?apikey=fe53f97e&plot=full&r=json&y=2014&t=Spring&type=movie 2017-05-23 16:50:41.9487 Info App: MovieDbProvider: Finding id for item: Spring 2017-05-23 16:50:41.9487 Info HttpClient: HttpClientManager GET: https://api.themoviedb.org/3/search/movie?api_key=f6bd687ffa63cd282b6ff2c6877f2669&query=Spring&language=en 2017-05-23 16:50:42.2562 Info App: Genre 'Romance' mapped to 'Drama' for Spring. That middle entry is curious. Why would it delete the item? And why would it then attempt to identify the movie after deleting it? log.txt
Luke 42085 Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 That's probably from the initial action of moving it out.
jluce50 122 Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 That's probably from the initial action of moving it out. Do you mean moving it from the source to the destination? The directory it shows the file being deleted from is the destination directory. Either way, it doesn't show up in my library, so something is going wrong...
jluce50 122 Posted May 24, 2017 Author Posted May 24, 2017 can you find it with search? Nope, doesn't show up in search.
Luke 42085 Posted May 24, 2017 Posted May 24, 2017 does the emby user have parental control restrictions that might be blocking it?
