Live TV Trasncoding Errors

What would cause the errors in the attached transcode log? I am playing a live tv channel through chrome and see occasional pixelation and audio jitter.  Also happens in ios app and roku.  The signal strength and quality are 100% according to the cable card status and the server isn't being over taxed processing wise.

Any thoughts as to what would cause the errors in the transcode logs?

The log messages are normal when decoding a transport stream. Do you record live tv? if so do you see the same pixelation in the recordings?

I do record live tv and see the same pixelation within the recordings.  When I direct stream within emby theatre I do not see the pixelation.

 

That's strange about the logs being normal.  In the past I remember them being pretty error free.
