sync'ed playback on multiple devices

Any chance of a feature that would allow a client to sync what it is playing with what another client is playing (essentially "whole house video")?

 

Ultimately it would even be nice if MB could do video capture and mirror it to other devices (maybe even record the capture, but I don't want to go off on a tangent ), which would allow sync'ed playback of non-MB content (netflix or web based video playback). This would definitely be secondary to sync'ing playback of MB content.

This has been asked two or three times already.  The short answer is maybe some day but it wouldn't be something high on my priority list.  It is a more difficult task than you might think.

Yeah, I wouldn't expect it to be a high priority at the moment but I bet it'd become a popular feature. Thanks.

Not sure of it his is what you mean by video capture, but I am currently working on kinects streaming video to other kinects and vice versa. I am trying to build a video talk/skype style interface between users.
