Content starting back to random points

Got a problem with my Emby client on a Amazon Fire TV.

 

When I'm watching a film if I pause it or even if I am just a way into it, it will randomly either start from the beginning or some point earlier I'm then film.

 

This is a friends server I'm connected to.
