Some Intros not working -codec issues?

Hi, I have everything just about set up now for a great movie experience (love MB3!), the only bit I can't figure out is how to get some of the intro's to play. I have one example which is one of the Dolby spheres lossless intros that the video plays but no sound. If I play the file in the external player or MBT or even in graohstudio it works fine. But no sound in WMP or WMC, when I drop the file in graphstudio it shows the sound going to the LAV decoder, I have been playing around with all sorts of things but can't get it to work. I believe this is a mt2s file and I want to keep it HD with the 7.1 sound. I am bitstreaming to my AVR via HDMI if that make any difference.

 

Does this sound like a codec issue or something impossible with MBC?

Sounds like codecs for sure.
