Movie won't play. Stuck on retrieving.

I have a movie (Dark Blue) that won't play on either Roku or the Web Client.  When I try to play it, it just hangs at the retrieving progress bar in Roku.  The same movie plays fine in Kodi or VLC on my Windows PC.  What is it about this movie that chokes up Emby?  I have attached logs.

hi @bozrndag, yea this is very odd. I'm currently scouring through ffmpeg issue reports trying to find any possible open tickets about this. Does this happen with any other files? Thanks !
