Audio delay adustment during playback, dynamic refresh rate adjustment and documented keyboard shortcuts

Hi,

 

I am looking into switching from Plex to Emby as I need to be able to easily implement parental control. I was wondering whether the three features mentioned above are actually supported in Emby Theater. I coudl not find any setting in the windows up relating to them. Nor could I find a definitive list of key-function mappings. 

 

BTW, I think the programs are working fine but the documentation side is lacking quite a bit, and, good documentation and in-programm guidance is essential if you want to go past the early-adopter phase and create a broad user base.

You said documentation is lacking but have you clicked the help buttons all throughout the Emby web interface? They open you straight to a wiki article dedicated for that page.

 

To answer the other questions, we do not yet have audio delay adjustment or refresh rate adjustment. We have a video sync setting that is intended to mimic refresh rate switching. We will look at adding true refresh rate switching soon.
