dcook 299 Posted May 11, 2017 Posted May 11, 2017 Just wondering if there was an update recently? When I try to login with the new app, after selecting the user I just get a spinning circle. Emby plays normally via browser or with the old Roku app. I used the new Roku app as recently as last night and it was working fine. I am pretty sure its not my server as I can play via browser and the old Roku app fine.

When I launch the new app, it finds my server and I get the logon screen. I select my user i want to use and then I just get the "Welcome to Emby" screen with the spinning circle. It never goes past that point. I read the link about submitting an in-app log, but, I can't get into the app get to the settings page and turn on the "Debug Options". I removed the app from my Roku and re-added it. That didn't help. The logon screen of the app shows version 3.0.22.

I can't submit a log either, as I can't get to the setting page. @@Luke @@ebr can you advise if there has been any changes in the last couple days?
