For example "manually enter channel number" or something like that? When I add a m3u playlist that has already been ordered, the order changes when I add it to emby. Thanks 1

In user settings we can choose which library to give them, this shouldnt be hard enough to do it for live tv too? USER 1 - Playlist 1 - Playlist 2 - Playlist 3 USER 2 - Playlist 3 USER 3 - Playlist 1 - Playlist 3 Etc etc....

Although not a direct feature, it may be possible that you could accomplish this through the use of parental controls. There was some discussion of this in regards to hiding channels.

I'm not sure it will work if there is overlap in the channels though.
