Change audio track

Hi

 

I've been using Emby Theater with MPC-HC as an external player ever since the first release of Emby Theater. With the last update, two things happened: Emby Theater wouldn't start with Windows, even though the option was marked under settings, and it would no longer launch MPC-HC, even though all the commands remained the same in the config as well.

 

The first problem I solved by launching Emby through Window's Task Scheduler.

 

For the second problem, I came to the forums and saw that Luke was recommending that users gave the internal Emby player a shot, that it had greatly improved. So I did this and was really amazed by it. The performance is near perfect. There is only one issue I found - I can't seem to find a way to change the audio track for a movie. This is very important for me since I'm from Brazil and my daughters watch movies in portuguese as well as in english.

 

So my question is if there is a shortcut to change audio tracks with Emby's media player or if I should submit this as a feature request.

hi @@amaga, in the video on-screen display do you see the musical note icon? that is what you click to change audio tracks.

Thanks for the reply. Just tried this tonight, but there's no musical note icon on the on-screen display. I'm running Emby Theater 2.6.6.

No, there's no musical note on the web app either.

Then are you sure there is even an audio track to select? Best thing to do is please provide the information requested in how to report a media playback issue. thanks !
