Emby - Collections

Hi,

 

just for understanding:

 

I have copied my Lord of the Rings trilogy to the Harddisk:

 

Folder: 

The Fellowship if the Rings (2001)

The Two Towers (2002)

The Return of the King (2003)

 

I can see now all three Movies seperatly in my Movies list. I thought Emby will group them automatically. Is this true or do I have to manage them manually via collections?

In addition to the manual steps described in the wiki, you can use the auto box sets plugin to create then automatically.

 

I run the plugin for my first pass and then disable it and manage things automatically.  Saves me time initially but for some things I prefer manual control.
