Hello All,

 

I Need help with 3 issues, that i'm having hopefully there is a fix or a solution.

 

Issue # 1, Live TV playing on the wrong channel

 

So i'm running Windows media center with ServerWMC and the plugin for Emby, this issues recently started but don't know when, let me explain it this way:

 

Windows Media Center Guide and Emby Guide will both have the correct listing information for a show, for example:

 

Channel 895 Die Hard

Channel 896 Rush Hour

 

Windows Media Center will play the correct movie on the correct channel

Emby has them flipped, if i tune to 895 it's playing Rush Hour and If i tune to 896 it's playing Die Hard

 

Issue # 2, No Guide info (This was working)

 

On WMC, Channel 510 has Guide info, On Emby it is all blank and i can not tune to it, it errors out saying no tuner is available and i know there are tuners available

 

Issue # 3, TV Name / Wrong IMDB info

 

I'm using this example from the wiki page to save my recorded shows:

 

\TV
\Seinfeld
Seinfeld S01E01.mp4
Seinfeld S01E02.mp4

 

There is only one TV show (So far), that is not getting the correct info, I did verify the season and episode number. But the info is from 2 months ago meaning, so the TV show info does not match the episode.

What tuners do you see listed in Serverwmc and what tuners do you see listed in emby server livetv section?

6 tuners on both with matching mac address, and the status is available on both.

Okay so i have resolved Issue # 3 with Season / Episode issue, but still need help with my first 2 issues.

Hi, best thing to do for #1 is try to play, then provide the information requested in how to report a media playback issue.

 

For #2, try refreshing the guide from the Emby Server dashboard, then provide the information requested in how to report a problem.
