LG webos2 tv (oled 950v) can't turn off subtitles with dlna

I have a 4K lg oled and Emby works well over dlna however I can't disable subtitles they are always on.

 

If I use the same approach on any other to (Sony or Phillips) I don't have this issue.

 

I am sending to the TVs from my iPad it just doesn't quite work on the lg.

 

Have I missed something or is the a way to get this working?
