kingsleyaddo 0 Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 I installed emby on my laptop pc and also on my nvidia shield tv. I have noticed that on the laptop I can see the dashboard which gives me access to live t.v but on the nvidia shield the dashboard is not displayed for me to have live t.v. please help. BTW, I bought the one time premier membership using the shield. Thanks

Thanks hi @@kingsleyaddo, did you verify that the schedules direct lineup has your channels? You can do this in your account on the schedules direct website. Can you also try refreshing the guide in the emby server dashboard, then attach the emby server log? you can learn how to do that here: https://emby.media/community/index.php?/topic/739-how-to-report-a-problem/ thanks !
