Suspense 2 Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 I am having quite an odd issue with Game of Thrones, this is the only show it appears to be happening to, the show works fine in plex. When i enter the show, and then enter a season, whenever i click an episode there is just an endless loading circle, so i am never able to actually see any episode info. I am attaching a log, though it dont even seem like theres anything in it of importance. Regards server-63629195109.txt
Suspense 2 Posted May 1, 2017 Author Posted May 1, 2017 Could you please upload the whole log? This is the whole log, i simply deleted the log file previous to replicating hte error just to clean it. I then browsed to the season and this was the log output. So; Delete log file Browse to GoT Endless load Post log I could replicate it again, but i dont assume the log would show anything else other then just unnessecary clutter. Regards

Regards Best thing is to restart server and then reproduce the error. Then take the log and upload it here. So all the relevant infos for the devs like OS etc. are also visible to the devs. Edit: Still not complete. In your log in post #7, did you attempt to view or play game of thrones? Thanks !

Jdiesel 1431 Posted May 1, 2017 Posted May 1, 2017 Try going to the root TV folder for GOT in the web app and refresh the series from the three dot menu. Sometimes if the video files aren't probed correctly, which is very rare, it can result in playback issues. Refreshing the series should also forced the files to be re-probed.

I have tried this multiple times. On some seasons i cant even get into the episode, as soon as i click on it to jump from season view into the episode view, it gets stuck on loading too. I tried full refresh of the full show, and full refresh of individual seasons, the result is the same.

On some seasons i get stuck on the details loading screen, on some i can get into the episode and click the play button, but then it gets stuck there too. I have tried with newest chrome, aswell as newest firefox. I have not tried with my atv4, but i can do that later today. Edited May 2, 2017 by Suspense

Okay, so on atv4 i am able to browse and play s01ep01(this is a test, so different rip than the remaining show). I am able to browse to this episode on chrome and firefox, but not play it. All remaining episodes i am unable to browse to on browsers and atv4
