Cant jump forward into the movie (strm files)

Hello,

 

I am using .strm files which direct to .mp4 files.

 

When I use Emby with my Webbrowser I am able to jump forward (for example to minute 20) and the movie plays from there without problems.

 

When I use Kodi I cant do that. Seems as if Kodi is "buffering" the movie.

 

Ís there any possibility to fix that?

Anyone got an idea how to fix this?

I would pay for a modified plugin.

The add-on has no control over the actual playback in Kodi, it only initiates it (if you are using the add-on playback mode). I would suggest posting on the official kodi forums with your log (make sure to wipe important info) to see if there's something you can do about it.
