transcoding-temp not clearing

Hi 

 

on my server the transcoding-temp not clearing by itself, currently hoggin the folder over 20gb.lots of ts and mkv files in there and they date back to 21/04/2017

 

 

I run emby on 2012r2 and have the server restart plugging installed, which restarts emby service at 3.45am, which i thought at that point it should have clear it.

 

currently, have Version 3.2.12.0 installed

 

• can i manually delete the content from within that folder?
• how can i make sure this clears itself?

not sure if i have the ability to have this as resolved.. 

but this has now been resolved by restarting the emby service!
