Emby docker freezes, has to restart Emby

Emby freezes and I have to restart it to get it working again. Works for 10-15 min, and then freezing again.

The whole server freezes. Can't access web UI, can't play anything from Kodi. I can't relate it to anything yet, but last time it was while playing media.

I will, but it was freezing before I installed it. 

 

Edit: Still freezing, trying the beta channel now.

 

Edit 2: Extremely slow sync. Should I rather install the Ubuntu version instead of the Docker? 

 

Edit 3: Plex has some issues too. So I suspect it's the Ryzen CPU that's missing some kernel fixes or a bad HDD.
