Missing Streaming Settings in Web Browser

I used to be able to choose streaming quality by clicking the gear icon during playback.  Unfortunately now, it only gives me one option.  I'm not sure what might have changed since I haven't streamed anything in awhile.

 

Firefox v52.0

Emby Server 3.2.5.0

 

I tried updating to the newest version using the "Update Now" button, but it keeps wanting me to do it manually.  I'm not exactly sure how to do that when running it as a docker app in unRAID.
