server crashes when refreshing metadata

I don't know when this happened, but today, I noticed that all my metadata were gone. I couldn't see anything inside me media folders.

 

And as soon as I try to do a metadata refresh, the server crashes

Thanks for the report. I would suggest you go back to the release version.

Are you sure this is a crash? It look like we were able to handle the error and continue scanning.

it crashed the first time i tried this. i don't think i have the logs for that.

 

on the second attempt (the one which is logged), the scan just finished without loading anything. it didn't show any error messages. but i can't see my movies. everything's blank. in fact, i don't even have the pictures for the top most media folders.

Ok, well you're on the dev build, and as mentioned it's undergoing some changes right now. so you may just have to wait it out or go back to the official release.

Ok. How do I change it to release channel? I changed it in the web interface for MB3, but presumably, it requires a reinstall of some sort?
