Htpc0 5 Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 I don't know when this happened, but today, I noticed that all my metadata were gone. I couldn't see anything inside me media folders. And as soon as I try to do a metadata refresh, the server crashes Here are the logs: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10737837/mb%20server%20logs/server-63527688938.log https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/10737837/mb%20server%20logs/server-63527687411.log
ebr 16169 Posted February 11, 2014 Posted February 11, 2014 Thanks for the report. I would suggest you go back to the release version.
Luke 42077 Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Are you sure this is a crash? It look like we were able to handle the error and continue scanning.

It look like we were able to handle the error and continue scanning. it crashed the first time i tried this. i don't think i have the logs for that. on the second attempt (the one which is logged), the scan just finished without loading anything. it didn't show any error messages. but i can't see my movies. everything's blank. in fact, i don't even have the pictures for the top most media folders.
Luke 42077 Posted February 12, 2014 Posted February 12, 2014 Ok, well you're on the dev build, and as mentioned it's undergoing some changes right now. so you may just have to wait it out or go back to the official release.

Ok. How do I change it to release channel? I changed it in the web interface for MB3, but presumably, it requires a reinstall of some sort?
