Playback Problems

Hi,

 

I hope someone can help i keep having issues with playback on Android Tv box over the internet where it freezes for a while then continues or sometimes restarts. I have sent logs at approx 19:25 user is Aminah would appreciate any help.

The only thing I see in your log is some periodic slow network response which would explain what you are describing.

 

What are the details of the connection on both ends?  At what bitrate are you attempting to stream?

Hi ebr,

 

I have good internet on both sides 10Mbps up on the Server side and 100Mbps down on the Android TV side. I have tried various bitrate settings on the Client from Auto, 5-1 Mbps but problems seems to persist.

I have also tried restarting the Routers when this happens but has not made much difference. If all you are seeing on the logs is network slowdowns then I guess problem is not with Emby I just wanted to confirm this.
