'bind local network address' does not work as expected

Hello,

 

after setting bind local network address to "127.0.0.1" emby still listens on all addresses and not just 127.0.0.1:

 

netstat -tlpn | grep 8920

tcp6       0      0 :::8920                 :::*                    LISTEN      9885/mono-sgen

 

netstat -tlpn | grep 8096

tcp6       0      0 :::8096                 :::*                    LISTEN      9885/mono-sgen

 

I restarted the server multiple times without any effect. System is ubuntu 16.10 server 64bit.
