How to remove trailers plugin?

I'm trying to get rid of the channels folder on my home page in emby.  I don't see anywhere to deselect it in the homescreen settings.  The only option I have is to re-order it and put the channels all the way at the bottom, but I want to get rid of it completely from the homescreen.  The only channel I have installed is the trailers plugin. I then tried to uninstall the trailers plugin in hopes that it would make it disappear.  Once uninstalled, emby says I must restart the server in order for the changes to take affect.  Once I restart the app, lo and behold, the trailers plugin is back!  

 

I've ignored the channels icon in my homescreen for very long, but I figured it was finally time to ask for help here on the forums in hiding it from the main page.  Thanks in advance for the help.

Hi, can you provide the server log from the uninstallation?  You can learn how to do that here:

I believe this is the correct one.  I restarted emby and downloaded the latest log file.  Let me know if you need more information.

I'm guessing this is from the restart after you uninstalled? what about the log from the time of starting the uninstall?

Alright, I think this may be the correct one.

If the plug in not uninstalling properly you will have to navigate to the emby-server/plugins folder and remove the Mediabrowser.Plugins.Trailers.dll.

 

In your case here,

Did not have any issues uninstalling in a Windows environment.
