mjnovak77 0 Posted April 12, 2017 Posted April 12, 2017 Hi, I added the beta channel to 3 roku devices a few days ago. Worked fine for the first couple days. Yesterday the beta app on my main living room roku stick froze when I first opened the channel. I backed out and tried again but same result. I deleted the channel, went to the roku site and re-added it to my account, updated my roku stick and re-started it but it is still not there. Is there some other way to add it directly to this one device? The new channel still works on my other devices. I've attached the log file. The roku in question is 192.168.0.13. Time was around 20:02 or so. I was still able to use the original channel. Thanks. EmbyLog4-11-17.txt
ebr 16177 Posted April 13, 2017 Posted April 13, 2017 Once you add a new channel to your account, to sync that up with a particular device, just go into the System->System Update menu on that device.
mjnovak77 0 Posted April 13, 2017 Author Posted April 13, 2017 Thanks for the info. I had done that yesterday around noon time. The channel did not show up then but last night when I turned it on it was there. Anyway, it works now! Thanks again.
