Firestick - VoD sound no images

Evening all, Still very new to the Emby scene so apologies if this has been answered many times before (checked the first 5 forum pages but didnt see anything!)

 

Anyways, live TV streams are working OK but when i try and watch a TV show on demand i just get sound with a black screen... I was told to try an external player so tried VLC and changed the app settings but is the same. actually i may get a frozen picture on opening and then sound carries on with nothing else.

 

if this has previously been resolved would someone mind pointing me in the right direction. Im running it at the minute through a Firestick but will be getting a T95z going in next couple of days.

lower your bitrate in the app and see if that helps.

Do these same items play properly in the web app?

 

What is the media info from the web app for one of them with the problem?
