How do trailers - New & upcoing selected only - work ?

where is the info stored?

 

I removed the plugin - restarted emby - 

then I readded the plugin - restarted emby

the same 110 trailers both times

 

110 only

they do not get updated on a regular basis

they do not show the new and popular trailers

I have always had issues with it updating, I see a lot of the same things I did a year ago and the movie has already been released. I have several going all the way back to 2013.

There are a couple topics on this in the plug in section of the forum.  But yes there is a issue somewhere with pruning oldest trailers.

I've been a supporter for a long time, but the trailers have annoyed me since the move away from MB to emby

 

Not just the pruning...

It is the lack of adding new and current ones

 

Mar 2nd is the last time it added any "War for the planet of the Apes" & Emoji

Trailers are advertising for the movie

collecting them is the hard part

Fandago I know allows the use at no charge for "personal use"

maybe emby users could register with a free fandago account

There is no download anymore, it is purely streaming them from source.

I'm referring to Ytrailers for the movies in your library

I believe they come from youtube
