Screen grabber grab time setting

Lately I have weird named (rarbg) black tv show episodes images. This happens when no episode thumb is available yet on tvdb etc. Screen grabber does the job than I think but not very well in my opinion.

 

 

On the Emby Server it looks like this. The same.

 

 

Is it possible to set a grab time anywhere in the middle or something?
I haven't found such setting yet.
