I had app up and running but my ip address has changed is there a way to update the ip address on app on samsung tv with out deleting  it and reinstalling?

Yes just sign out in the app, then connect to the server manually by entering the ip address.

i don't see a sign out option when i click it it starts loading and then  hangs because ip is wrong

What model is this TV? Did you install from the app store or manually?

I'm guessing you have Default User set to True so it auto logs on.   If so then you won't be able to see the option to change the server IP at logon and like you said you can't get logged in to change it now.  If you were manually logging in then there would be an option to change the server under your profile picture.

 

Unfortunately, with auto logon set you will have to delete and reinstall the app.  If your F-series is like mine then it will remember your settings if you just reinstall the app without deleting first.
