Limit users to some devices

Is there a way to limit a user to just one or two devices?

Whenever I post a question I'm conflicted.  Do I go into great detail so everybody knows exactly what I'm trying to do?  Or do I keep it short and sweet?

 

On the one hand, it might be a very simple thing that I have missed and there is no need to bore people with a 2 paragraph question. On the other hand if it's too short then I won't express myself clearly.  

 

I have 3 users and 4 Tv's in the house.   I would Like each user to be able to cast to only their own bedroom TV and the Tv in the living room.  I would like to avoid a user accidentally casting "Big Bang Theory" to my bedroom Tv at 2am when they intended to cast it to their Tv.

Ignore that.  The word "from" threw me off.  I see now that Emby does exactly what I was looking for.
