Ability to use custom version of ffmpeg

Not sure if this is by design or a bug but if you select use system version of ffmpeg the option to revert back to a custom version of ffmpeg disappears from the Emby settings. The only way to revert back to a custom version is to uninstall the ffmpeg package from your OS which causes the custom location to appear back in the Emby settings, set the ffmpeg location, then reinstall ffmpeg on your OS. This is the case on Ubuntu 16.04, I can't speak for other distros.

I might be having a senior moment, but is that in the server settings somewhere? I've yet to stumble across it. I was going to check on debian.

Check under the Transcoding menu.

I'm still feeling dumb as I don't see it. Here is what I see.

Ok yea on some operating systems it's not available.

It's available as soon as you uninstall the ffmpeg of your system.

Some version ago the devs decided to hide this setting, if a global local ffmpeg version is found in the system (makes no sense to me).

That might be what is happening but that was never decided upon.
