Backup Failing

when I run the backup plugin it says it fails yet when I look at the backup.log file it looks like it completes.  But with a couple of errors which make no sense.

I'm not sure but you've got various I/O problems going on so you probably want to look at that.

yeah the odd thing I looked at that file and it looks fine, and the user that is running the emby server has read/writes to the files.
