That's the thing the server I want to use won't give out ip or a link they use a pin

 

 

I've put a picture below of the process they use

 

I'm a little new to Emby so I hope I've explained ok

Ok, that's Emby for Windows Media Center.

 

Did you read the instructions and try following them?

Also did you try clicking the manual login button in the bottom left? that can be used as an alternative to the pin login.

Those screens look fine to me. Did you try using them?

I have no way to use them they won't give me the ip for those screens they say I need to generate a pin

The iOS screens above will not ask you for a pin. I should know, I designed them

 

What you need to do is manually enter your server ip address. Have you tried doing that? Your server ip address is displayed on the front page of the Emby Server dashboard.

Hi mate I'm not sure how else I can explain it but that's not what I mean.

 

 

Emby on my android box generates a pin

 

The server/service/company I'm trying to link my Emby to ask me to generate a pin or I can't view

 

They won't give the server ip so manually configuring isn't possible they ask for a pin I give it and then it connects

 

I'm hoping that makes sense

Whoever's server you are trying to connect to needs to send you an invitation via the emby server dashboard which will then link your account to their server. Then you will be able to login with a pin.
