Playback Stuttering

Been having issues playing this show on my Roku lately and I dont know why.  It keeps stopping playback and saying loading and the bar gets stuck at 0% and I have to exit out and resume.

 

Attached a transcode log.  Do you see any issues?

The transcode is certainly progressing fast enough (it is only transcoding audio) which would lead me to suspect network throughput (it is a 10Mb video - not huge but not small).
