Seeking a space for online movies

A council was looking for an online storage that is compatible with EMBY in a nutshell where to hold our movies. You know tell me some good and cheap servers try minimum 4 tb of web space

There are only a couple of online storage places that Emby works with, so I would look at the plugins.  I think google drive works, if you are hosting the whole thing in the cloud, obviously any cloud provider will work (aws, azure, etc.).
