Good afternoon, I'm new to emby, I have a question how do I send messages to users inside the system?

I don't know of any way to do this.

 

As my family are the only users on my system, I use iMessage to send a group message if something changes that needs their attention.

I'm with @@Koleckai Silvestri.  I only have family members as users, so I just send them a text or email if I need to.  There isn't a messaging portal built into the server currently.  There are some plugins that will allow you to send emails to users on an automated basis, but I haven't used them yet.
